Firefox o Chrome no habre tus archivos swf que descargaste

Edita:
/usr/share/mime/packages/freedesktop.org.xml 
y cambia:
<mime-type type="application/vnd.adobe.flash.movie">
a
<mime-type type="application/x-shockwave-flash">
Como root ejecuta el siguiente comando:
update-mime-database /usr/share/mime

Cierra el navegador y ábrelo, debería funcionar.
